About Me

My slice of the net.

I’ve been working on websites for a while. Kind of fun. Lets me express some of my creative side. I plug away at  some php programming here and there too. I’m putting this site together to put all my ideas and ideas I come across in one spot. The site is mainly for me but I hope others will enjoy it too.

I know a fair bit about GNU/Linux and the BSDs. Linux has been one of my hobbies for about 15+ years. I’ve experimented with FreeBSD on many occasions. I also really dig the embedded stuff. Thinking when my wife isn’t looking I should really start hacking my Chrysler 300’s MyGig unit. (get rid of that QNX stuff) I’ve been trying to stay Microsoft free. I do have a full set of tools for making/designing sites and general tinkering on MS. All of those tools are OpenSource (F/LOSS or OSS or FOSS) and usually PortableApp based.
